The new documents are now out for Member review. Please review the attached documents and make comments as you see fit. Please direct them back to me.

Final submissions for review must be in by the COB 24th June 2016. These will be dealt with up to the end of June.
The documents will then be finalised and put up for adoption at a Special Meeting on a date TBD. This will likely be on the same day as the AGM.
You will also find a map to describe how the new structure will work to help clarify the main changes in these documents.
If you have any questions please let me know ASAP.
If you do print out a copy and are happy to pass it on to somebody you know that doesn’t have email it would be appreciated.
