Greetings fellow bowlers,
If you are reading this, it means that you’ve found your way to the updated CMBC website, and indeed, the “blog”. Since we currently don’t have a newsletter as such, this is now the place where you’ll find the occasional news item. However, a blog gives you the opportunity to comment and contribute to the online conversation. If you have some newsworthy item that you’d like to see published here, please email it to me at cmbc@camdenbowlingclub.com.au.
Although the update isn’t quite finished (contact form, photo galleries, pennants page) I’d really appreciate feedback on what you like, or don’t like about the revised site. All brickbats and bouquets are welcome.

What about a Camden Bowling Club Facebook page?
There is a skeleton already on there so maybe you could enhance it and we could all ‘friend’ it as, unfortunately, more of our members would use it than use this site.

Hi Humbo,
I found that Facebook page and have added a couple of details, logo, review etc, but unless I’ve got the wrong one, it looks like it’s just a local business listing generated by Facebook. If there is enough interest, I’d be happy to have a look at creating a Facebook Group page for the CMBC – one to which we can all contribute.

As there are a lot of Camden members on Facebook ( I have 19 on my friends list), it might be a good way to get our news, draws, results etc out there.
